Abstract

This webinar will showcase a panel of employers who have developed and implemented reintegration programs in their workplace.  Small and large employers have been identified to provide a range of experiences and resources.

Learning Objectives

1) Review of model practices of employers who have developed reintegration and support programs

2) Identify promising practices to provide seamless transition of veterans back to the workplace

3) Identify resources available to develop a tailored program and provide additional support for employees and employers alike

4) Recognize common obstacles and challenges in the development and delivery of such programs
