Chapters VISION: Educate employers and businesses about the impact of domestic violence in order to help support and protect victims and hold perpetrators accountable. Mission: Host open-enrollment seminars and/or give presentations at local business association meetings. A Toolkit with ppt slides, activities, handouts and more will provide advocate educators the materials and curriculum to deliver the presentation. The plans to produce, market and deliver the programs are also provided. (Contents listed below.) Why? Victims need work but are vulnerable to losing their jobs or worse, they are easily targeted at their workplace. Furthermore, employers and business would be valuable partners for funding and support of community efforts.
