  • assess the risks of workplace violence and implement changes to minimize those risks;
  • develop and post workplace violence and harassment policies;
  • establish workplace violence and harassment programs to implement the policies including measures and procedures for reporting incidents of violence and harassment and investigating and dealing with complaints; and
  • provide workers with training and information respecting the policies and programs.
