We are a non-profit agency dedicated to preventing violence in the workplace before it becomes a threat. To meet our goal, we work with businesses, educational institutions, government agencies and other non-profits to increase awareness, build coalition, develop programs and skills in order to reduce the frequency, the severity and the impact of violence in our world.
